Cornell University Press published the book to commemorate PBP winning the inaugural Laurence and Lynne Brown Democracy Medal, given to the top innovation advancing democracy around the world. Josh accepted the Brown Democracy Medal on October 24th, and presented his new book at an event organized by Penn State’s McCourtney Institute for Democracy.
