Urban Justice Center Releases New PB Findings

webinar

We’re excited to read “A People’s Budget,” the Community Development Project (CDP) at the Urban Justice Center’s new report on the fourth cycle of Participatory Budgeting in New York City! CDP presents findings from PBNYC research and thousands of surveys that provide a comprehensive analysis of New York City’s 2014-2015 PB cycle. Compared to Cycle 3 (2013-2014), New York’s PB process expanded from 17,000 active community participants to more than 50,000 participants in one year! With more than $32 million decided by community members, PB continues to grow and resonate with residents and city officials.
